A Special Story About Percy is a rhyming magazine story.
Plot
A family of mice decide to move into the engine shed, which makes it hard for the engines to sleep. Fortunately, Percy has an idea and he instructs his driver to make them a little house for them in a box. When all of the mice are inside their new house, Percy takes them out for a ride in the countryside and gives them to Farmer Collett who lets them out on his farm.
