Valentine's Day in Vicarstown is a "Thomas In Town" book.
Plot
Percy is excited about the Valentine's Day party which is planned, but when a blizzard strikes the island, and Thomas is snowed in at Brendam, he ends up having to use Thomas' snow plow and help clear the tracks. Before he knows it the day of the party arrives. All the children bring Valentines to the trains and Percy gets the most.
