Enrique Cervantes (born 15th July 1974) is a Mexican voice actor who provided voices in the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known for voicing Discord from "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" and Mojo Jojo from both "The Powerpuff Girls" and "The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!!"
