Plot
Gordon is to carry the Mayor on his express and is very proud to have a VIP on his train. Percy tries to work out what "VIP" stands for whilst Thomas is given an important job of taking some teddy bears to the children's hospital to cheer up the sick children. Later Thomas boasts to Gordon about carrying some VIBs - "Very Important Bears"!
