Juha Varis (born 23rd October 1970) is a Finnish voice actor, who provides voices for the Finnish version of Thomas & Friends. He voiced The Joker in the 2017 film, "The Lego Batman Movie", and also voiced Moominpappa in a Finnish series called "Moomins" (2017 Version).
Other Finnish dubbing credits include: Doctor Octopus in "Spider-Man: The Animated Series", Larry Needlemeyer in "The Amazing World Of Gumball", Dodger in "Bob the Builder", Squidward Tentacles in season 7 onwards of "Spongebob Squarepants", and Sam in "Fireman Sam".
