Phil LaFrance is co-creative director at Jam Filled Entertainment and co-founder and a partner of Jam Filled. He was an executive producer for Thomas & Friends.
He worked on several episodes of the twentieth series, the twenty-first series until the twenty-fourth series, as well as Journey Beyond Sodor and Big World! Big Adventures!
