Spotty Stepney is a magazine story.
Plot
Whilst working, Stepney notices a lady walking her Dalmatian. He comments on the dog's colour. Soon they stop at a signal. Nearby, a workman is painting a postbox with red paint. The Dalmatian barks at the workman, causing him to spill his paint all over Stepney. But Stepney does not mind - he now has spotty paint, and he thinks it suits him.
