Whirly and Windy is a magazine story.
Plot
On his way home Oliver races Harold to the tunnel on Duck's branchline, but, to his surprise, Harold gets there first. The next day is so hot that Oliver nearly boils over. Harold arrives to cool Oliver down, but he only manages to cause trouble for the station when his arms make a mess!
