“You are a Really Useful Engine, Victor!"
"Yes!”
― Kevin and Victor

Victor Says Yes is a magazine story, illustrated using photographs from the CGI television series.

Plot

It is a very busy day at the Sodor Steamworks; 'Arry and Bert need new valves and Percy needs repainting. Then, the Fat Controller arrives with Gordon who is suffering from a blocked funnel. Victor does not want to let anyone down and asks Gordon to back up. The soot from his funnel covers the Steamworks - and Sir Topham Hatt's Car! Victor, who is very sorry, realises he needs to get organised. First, 'Arry and Bert's valves are replaced. Then Victor tells Gordon he will be next to be fixed. He then tells Percy that his repaint will have to wait as Edward's problems are more important. Later, everything is under control and Kevin assures Victor that he is a "Really Useful Engine".
